Five Step Process:
Fill out a universal application that works for most rentals - click here for the application - I will need an application on every adult who will be responsible for the rent.
A Xerox photo of the drivers license each applicant.
A current credit report for each applicant - go to www.freecreditreport.com sign up for a free report with a score. Make sure you cancel within 7 days or they will start charging your credit card each month. Choose the print to PDF option.
Write a cover letter that describes you are and why you make a great tenant - the letter will be going to the owner of the property you are interested in. Call me if you need help with the content.
Email all documents to osbaldeston@homesellers.com or fax to 650-475-7098
NOTE: If you have pets or your credit is below 700 please address the issues of your credit in your credit report. If you have pets please describe your pets and if your pet has every caused you to lose any of your security deposit, or caused damage to your property. Don't hesitate to call me if you need assistants on what to put in the cover letter.
